Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition (Vietnamese Speaker) to drive value and renewals by engaging prospects and customers. You will articulate product benefits, forecast sales, and manage CRM data while collaborating with the Sales Manager and team.

You will handle outbound calls/emails, qualify leads, address objections, and ensure a professional customer experience throughout all interactions, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly sales accurately.
• Mastery of product knowledge to assess client requirements.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns hindering satisfaction or usage.
• Manage objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle high volume customer contacts via phone and email (outbound).
• Collaborate with team and Sales Manager to deliver professional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast

• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
• Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
• Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts
• Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
