Job summary

Averis is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Malaysia to plan interview and selection procedures, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers for staffing needs.

You will source candidates through job portals, engage active and passive candidates, and manage scheduling of physical or virtual interviews. Governance support and documentation maintenance are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
• Approaching potential candidates through active and passive methods to find a match for long-term goals.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using tracker.
• Schedule physical or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through job portals.
• Keep in touch with candidates with updates and post documentation required during the process.
