Formación

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in HR/Business Admin or related field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments.
• Approach potential candidates to find matches for long-term goals.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using tracker.
• Schedule physical or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job portals.
• Maintain regular updates with candidates and complete required documentation.
