You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, assist onboarding, and help organize career fairs and employer branding materials. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to support weekend career fairs (when required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding activities, including document collection and preparation of new hire files.
• Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment, and engagement events.
• Help maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and job postings.
• Work with the Corporate Communications team on employer branding materials (brochures, posters, social media content).
• Perform other HR administrative and support tasks as required.
