Job summary

STMicroelectronics seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development intern to support job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes in Malaysia. You will assist sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, and campuses, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data, and help prepare trackers and reports.

The role also covers internship hiring, campus activities, and employer branding, with a focus on a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Power BI will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, university channels, and other talent platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
• Assist in preparing recruitment trackers, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Support internship hiring, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
• Help coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the TA team.
