Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
People-oriented with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and able to drive technology adoption in the practice.

Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership: drive revenue growth, manage costs, improve margins and profitability.
Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure high-quality service.
Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, quality control and process improvement.
Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Drive business development and practice growth in the KL market.
Champion technology adoption to improve efficiency and client experience.
Motivate, coach, and retain talent and maintain a high-performance culture.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of standards.
