Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Finance Leader to oversee the Group's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and controls.

You will prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, forecasts and analysis, and manage audits, taxation and compliance across the Group. The role requires coordination of overseas subsidiaries and inter‑company reporting, with strong leadership of the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA/CPA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group finance and accounting functions including reporting, budgeting, cash flow and controls.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Manage audit, taxation, statutory compliance and banking matters.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures and internal controls for cost management and compliance.
• Provide financial advice on expansion, investments and risks.
• Oversee overseas subsidiaries and coordinate inter‑company reporting.
• Lead, manage and develop the Finance team.
