LifeTree Biotech is seeking a seasoned digital marketer to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across channels in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on brand growth, customer acquisition, and performance-driven campaigns that leverage landing pages, content and email marketing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok ads, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or nutrition industry is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, and other key marketing metrics.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including short-form videos, ad creatives, copywriting, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates (CRO).
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
