HYGR SDN BHD is seeking a Content & Growth Lead to steer content strategy and execution across all HYGR social media platforms. You will translate performance data into actionable content strategies that boost reach, engagement, conversions, and ad creative effectiveness.

The role is both strategic and hands‑on: you will analyze performance, guide the creative team, and step in to execute when necessary, overseeing calendars, campaigns, and content optimisation across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook

Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly content calendars across HYGR social media channels and managing different content teams.
Plan content pillars aligned with product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and business objectives.
Identify content opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
Ensure content output supports both brand awareness and sales objectives.
Analyze weekly and monthly content performance across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, watch time, retention rates, CTR, and conversions.
Identify winning hooks, formats, angles, and content themes.
Lead and guide content creators, editors, interns, and designers.
Review content concepts, scripts, hooks, and creative direction.
Build a system to identify high-performing organic content and adapt it for paid advertising.
