Lalamove is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Associate to join our fast‑growing intra-city delivery platform in Asia. You will source and onboard business users, build relationships with local partners, and drive revenue growth across our on-demand service.

You’ll manage negotiations, analyze sales data to spot opportunities, and ensure excellent client service. A degree is preferred and 1–2 years in sales or BD helps, with Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia being a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and onboard business users with a healthy pipeline.
• Lead contract negotiations with local partners for mutual growth.
• Track sales trends and perform data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships and respond promptly to queries with effective solutions.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and policies accurately and timely.
• Promote services and act as the face of Lalamove with local partners.
