Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets across Malaysia. You will build consultative relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience, drive profitability in fixed operations, and lead a high-performing sales team to deliver on strategic objectives.

You will coordinate daily huddles, implement strategic plans, and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, while partnering with external stakeholders and B2C customers

Qualifications

• 3 years of management or business development experience in a leading e-commerce / automotive / retail company
• 2+ years of leading sales teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong track record of scaling and structuring full-scope sales organizations
• Experience dealing with external partners and B2C customers at all levels
• Proven track record of above-average performance at individual and team level
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and sales skills

Responsibilities

• Support/assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets
• Develop consultative relationships to keep customer experience at the forefront
• Improve fixed operations customer experience, retention, and profitability
• Facilitate daily huddles and provide direction/solutions for the Sales team
• Implement quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily strategies to achieve development and profitability
• Evaluate customer experience using data to drive continuous improvements and loyalty
• Support Retail Sales in developing and evaluating sales strategies and objectives
• Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality, sales-centric efforts
• Maximize acquisition and support of Retail Sales partners/customers and sales efficiency
