OneCredit (One Future Technology Sdn Bhd) is Malaysia’s newest Credit Reporting Agency registered under the Ministry of Finance. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Development Officer to join our team, serving as a key contact for clients and driving growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will present the OneCredit platform to business owners and decision makers, build lasting client relationships, and provide consultative solutions to reduce bad debts while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in sales / business development.
• Experience selling to SMEs or corporate clients.
• Background in financial services, fintech, insurance, banking, or SaaS is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required,including the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients across Malaysia
• Present and demonstrate the OneCredit platform to business owners and decision makers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer pain points related to credit risk, payment collection and customer verification
• Provide consultative solutions to help businesses reduce bad debts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and product team to improve market adoption
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights
