Aetheriondataworks is seeking a results-driven Customer Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be the voice of the brand, handling outbound outreach and guiding prospects through the journey from interest to adoption.

In this role you will execute multi-channel outreach, build rapport with potential customers, and consistently hit monthly acquisition targets while collaborating with a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of telesales or outbound sales experience.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Execute outbound calls and engage potential customers to drive product adoption.
• Use proven sales and closing techniques to meet monthly acquisition targets.
• Develop multi-channel strategies (phone, social media) to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Gather and document customer feedback to gain insights into the journey and optimize acquisition efforts.
• Demonstrate resilience by handling rejection and persisting with alternative approaches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
