Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on performance or growth marketing experience.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Solid understanding of attribution, conversion funnels, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other channels.
• Develop channel strategies based on CAC, conversion rates and ROI.
• Test new paid acquisition opportunities as platforms evolve.
• Set up campaigns, targeting, bidding, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Build a repeatable growth engine with AI-driven testing and landing pages.
• Educate senior leadership on emerging performance marketing trends.
