Job summary

aCommerce is seeking a growth-oriented sales lead to drive adoption of an AI-powered ecommerce platform. You will identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and translate complex AI workflows into measurable business value for clients in a consultative, outcomes-focused manner.

You will present AI-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders, collaborate with product and technical teams, and work toward scale in a fast-paced ecommerce tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success in AI product management, data/AI technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
• Ability to convey complex AI and data concepts clearly to diverse audiences (Marketing Directors, E-commerce VPs, CEOs, CTOs).
• Proficiency in consultative selling: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing.
• Familiarity with ecommerce technology landscape and AI applications across platforms.
• Understanding of AI concepts such as agents, RAG pipelines, LLMs, and API integrations.
• Comfortable moving fast and supporting compelling pitches with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales initiatives, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closing to achieve sales targets.
• Engage prospective clients through presentations, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Present AI-driven solutions and proofs of concept to non-technical stakeholders, translating capabilities into business value.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare tailored proposals and solution recommendations aligned to client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered from pitch to adoption at scale.
