Aetherion Dataworks Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Care Executive to nurture relationships, drive retention, and reactivate customers through proactive outreach in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes outbound calls, multilingual communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and collaboration with sales to upsell. Comprehensive training and development are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service/after-sales support experience.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (read/write/speak).
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate proactive outbound calls to retain and reactivate existing customers.
• Listen to customer needs, resolve issues, and guide repurchase intentions.
• Gather feedback from social media and messaging platforms and provide timely solutions.
• Work with sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing members.
• Promote referral campaigns to generate new leads and drive growth.
• Perform market analysis to inform retention strategies and improve monthly retention.
