Job summary

Maxis Malaysia is seeking a Campaign Planning Specialist to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of base initiatives for Hotlink Prepaid & Postpaid. You will plan campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams and deliver insights to improve customer value.

In this role you will analyze customer data, track performance KPIs and manage communication channels including SMS and app notifications. A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure will fit well in our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in below-the-line targeted marketing within telecom preferred.
• Knowledge of CVM or CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan/develop base initiatives/campaigns for Hotlink Prepaid/Postpaid to drive adoption and reduce churn.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze customer data to identify segments and optimize targeting and reach.
• Track campaign KPIs and implement corrective actions for future campaigns.
• Deliver regular campaign performance reports with take-up and insights.
• Manage communication channels including SMS broadcasts and App notifications.
