CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking to appoint a Prepaid CVM professional to design and execute campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and increment revenue in the Prepaid segment. You will analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities, and collaborate with CVM Ops and other teams to implement and optimize campaigns for impact.

• Demonstrated experience in a commercially oriented role or analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to delivering Prepaid Revenue KPI by encouraging customers to increase spend.
• Ideate campaigns and solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Drive execution of BTL campaigns timely and accurately and generate insights to improve effectiveness.
• Manage base management activities to increase Prepaid ARPU and lifetime value.
• Co-create and improvise BTL campaign frameworks to meet business objectives.
• Analyse customer behavior to identify opportunities to serve customer and market needs.
• Prepare concept proposals and business cases and present concepts at the approval forum.
• Justify concepts with strategic approach, sizing, customer benefits and financial returns.
