Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote the Academy’s training and learning solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales targets across corporate and individual clients.

The role focuses on corporate training, HRD Corp claimable programmes, and professional development solutions, with travel to meet clients and events across the region. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in corporate training, HRD Corp claimable training, education, or learning & development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet clients on site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Academy’s training programmes and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, educational institutions, and partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training consultations for prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ training needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and training agreements, and follow up on opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Training and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of programmes.
• Participate in exhibitions and events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
