Telecommunication Engineering College seeks a motivated Corporate Training Sales Executive to connect organisations with impactful training and certification solutions while building strong relationships with HR and business leaders.

This is a B2B sales role offering product training, coaching, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to business growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year of B2B sales experience encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs and a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate training programmes and professional certification solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, Training Managers and other key decision-makers.
• Present solutions clearly through phone calls, email, virtual meetings and client visits.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline proactively, follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and needs discovery through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Partner with internal teams, trainers and external stakeholders to support smooth programme delivery and customer experience.
• Work towards monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs and business-growth objectives.
