Monroe Consulting Group, partnering with a Kuala Lumpur–based technology organisation, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel growth initiatives using AI tools and automation to accelerate acquisition and engagement.

You will optimize customer journeys, analyze performance, and collaborate with product and sales teams to drive revenue growth in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related fields.
• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, technology start-ups, or high-growth digital businesses is preferred.
• Experience working in regional or multi-market environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives across digital channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and emerging platforms.
• Design and optimise multi-channel customer acquisition and engagement funnels.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, retention, and customer engagement performance.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously drive optimisation through experimentation and data analysis.
• Test new marketing channels and AI-enabled approaches to improve performance.
