Job summary

SEEK, a leading online employment marketplace operator, seeks a hands-on Recruitment Innovation Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will own end-to-end hiring for complex roles, drive process discipline, and experiment with AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiter efficiency.

You will mentor the Recruitment Innovation Specialists, collaborate with product and growth teams, and contribute to scalable playbooks while maintaining tight SLAs and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in the employment or recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated high-ownership experience — delivering with quality and meeting expectations.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tooling and automated workflows.
• Strong data discipline with clean records and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for allocated roles, meeting defined SLAs.
• Reach out to hirers and candidates within agreed timeframes with timely updates.
• Follow all process steps with precision and maintain clean data for experiments.
• Run structured experiments on recruiter processes and share actionable insights.
• Lead or co‑lead innovation initiatives with product, growth and operations.
• Coach Recruitment Innovation Specialists and support onboarding and tool adoption.
• Document best practices and refine standard operating procedures.
