Job summary

GrowthDesk is seeking a Data Analytics & AI Product Analyst to join our team and drive campaign performance across social platforms. You’ll be a self-starter who loves data, optimization, and digital marketing in a startup environment.

You will regularly produce insights from experiments, collaborate with internal teams to improve funnels, and help identify new growth opportunities using the latest ad-tech tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in marketing or analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in A/B testing, tracking and reporting key campaign metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular analytics reports on campaign performance with insights.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize user funnels and experiences.
• Brainstorm growth strategies and assess new ad tech trends.
• Plan and measure experiments including A/B and multivariate tests.
