Job summary

S P Setia Berhad is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group Marketing & Sales to plan and execute group-wide marketing and sales campaigns, manage budgets, and coordinate across multiple projects and business units.

You will drive customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programmes and on-ground activations, ensuring timely launches and high-quality campaigns that align with business objectives and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, campaign management or a related area.
• Hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns, project launches, events and on-ground sales activations.
• Experience coordinating multiple Business Units, project teams, agencies, media partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist in executing Group-wide marketing and sales campaigns aligned with business objectives, project priorities and approved performance targets
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, customer propositions and go-to-market execution
• Establish customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programmes, campaigns and events to strengthen customer experience, encourage repeat purchases and generate referrals
• Partner with Business Units and project teams to support sales conversion, campaign rollouts, launches and on-ground activations, resolving execution gaps and escalating key issues where required
• Plan and deliver project launches, marketing events and sales activations, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve agreed objectives, timelines and quality standards
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and resources, track expenditure against approved plans and recommend adjustments to improve cost efficiency and return on investment
• Plan and execute day-to-day delivery with creative agencies, media partners and vendors, ensuring marketing materials and services meet approved briefs, brand standards, timelines and budgets
• Monitor and prepare reports on campaign performance, media effectiveness, lead generation and sales conversion trends, translating findings into recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
• Analyse and prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities and buyer behaviour to support campaign planning and product positioning
• Prepare clear campaign updates, performance reports and recommendations for Management and relevant stakeholders, supported by accurate and timely information
