Job summary

Herbion Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Manager in developing strategies and the marketing mix for multiple brands within the portfolio.

You will drive business development, run online and offline campaigns, prepare coherent campaign reports, manage CRM data, draft marketing materials, monitor social media, and contribute ideas to marketing activities to help achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related to marketing.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is desired.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of CMS and automated marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in development of marketing strategy and marketing mix for available brands in the portfolio.
• Business development, online and offline marketing campaigns for personal care portfolio.
• Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports.
• Sourcing advertisement opportunities for products or services.
• Managing the marketing database and email distribution (CRM).
• Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, posters.
• Monitoring competitor activities and generating leads for the company.
• Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews.
• Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages.
