Job summary

Sharp DCM is seeking a Group HR Manager to oversee the human resources function across all subsidiaries, driving strategic alignment, standardizing HR frameworks, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will balance policy with operational needs to foster growth, lead recruitment, training, engagement, and analytics to support organisational performance.

In this role, you will guide talent development, manage compensation and benefits, and ensure accurate HR records while upholding Malaysian

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR management experience in corporate or industrial environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support organisational objectives and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies and career progression.
• Manage compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and fairness across the organisation.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
• Support subordinates with people management guidance and HR best practices.
• Implement employee engagement programmes and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
