Company Confidential is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions across the Group. You will provide strategic direction, partner with senior management, and drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and governance.

You will lead HR policy development, industrial relations, payroll accuracy, and learning initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a high‑performance culture and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience including a senior HR leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• People-oriented with high adaptability and strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through effective communication and judgment.
• Experience managing HR across a group of companies and multiple units.
• Understanding of HR governance in a publicly listed company environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the HR function, aligning with business objectives and transformation.
• Advise business leaders on organisational development, performance, talent acquisition, and compensation."
• Plan, manage and monitor the HR budget to support priorities and cost control.
• Develop, enforce HR policies ensuring legal compliance and governance.
• Oversee industrial and employee relations, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Lead talent lifecycle management including workforce planning, onboarding, development, and succession.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements; monitor changes and implement measures.
• Oversee payroll processing across the Group with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Drive learning and development programs to build capabilities for current and future needs.
• Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors.
