Zohorecruit is seeking a Group Chief Executive Officer for a publicly listed Malaysian group. The role reports to the Board and leads the strategic direction, governance, financial performance and investor relations to maximise shareholder value in a listed environment.

The successful candidate will drive growth, optimise capital allocation, and oversee multi-unit operations while building an effective executive leadership team and delivering sustainable value for shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or ACCA would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Group's long-term corporate strategy aligned with shareholder expectations.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to improve competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure planning; optimise capital structure.
• Represent the Group to shareholders, investors and regulators with clear, transparent communication.
• Foster strong governance, risk management and succession planning across the leadership team.
