  • Provide timely financial analysis, scenario modelling and commercial recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Challenge business assumptions and decisions constructively through sound financial and commercial judgement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, productivity and overall financial performance.
2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
  • Lead the Group’s annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Establish effective financial reporting and management information systems to support business performance.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets, forecasts and strategic targets and drive corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Provide the Group CEO and Board with clear, concise and actionable financial insights.
  • Strengthen financial processes, controls and reporting standards across the Group.
3. Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital Management
  • Oversee the Group’s cash flow, working capital, liquidity and treasury management.
  • Develop strategies to optimise cash generation and working capital utilisation.
  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing facilities, credit lines and other funding arrangements.
  • Optimise the Group’s capital structure and financing costs.

  • Assess investment proposals and capital allocation decisions based on risk, returns and strategic value.
  • Support the Group CEO and Board on new business opportunities and expansion initiatives.
  • Lead or support fundraising, corporate exercises and other strategic financing activities where required.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls and risk management across the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards.
  • Identify and proactively manage financial, operational and commercial risks.
  • Support the Board, Audit Committee and senior management with appropriate financial and risk reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of financial integrity, transparency and accountability across the organisation.
6. Stakeholder & Investor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, tax advisers and other key stakeholders.
