Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a Ground & Rail Business Development Manager to drive growth across domestic distribution and cross-border transportation. You will identify opportunities, design solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.

You will build strong customer relationships, forecast pipeline, collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Trade Lane teams, and contribute to strategic commercial plans while expanding CEVA's Ground & Rail

Qualifications

5+ years in Business Development, Sales, Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Proven track record in acquiring new business and managing key customer accounts.
Experience in Ground Transportation, Cross-Border Trucking or Freight Forwarding preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth across Ground & Rail logistics in Malaysia.
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in cross-border trucking and domestic distribution.
Promote CEVA's Ground & Rail services including FTL, LTL, Milk Run and Last-Mile.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations and implementation.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with forecast accuracy.
