Shifts, weekends, and public holidays between Manjoi and Jelapang are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail store experience, especially in grocery / supermarket.
• Proven capability in managing budgets, interpreting financial statements, and analyzing data.
• Well-versed in ARMS GO.
• Able to balance staff and company's need to communicate for both sides, but respect final decisions made by company.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays between Manjoi and Jelapang.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling budgets, managing inventory prices etc.
• Prepare reports related to store sales performance etc.
• Negotiate pricing and arrange for storefront maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee storefront staff including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and executing disciplinary actions.
• Ensure adherence to government regulations and company policies.
