Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in a related position within the retail field or a supermarket.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including overseeing sales and staff management.
• Facilitate daily operations to maximize sales.
• Implement purchasing plans and maintain supplier contact.
• Coordinate department marketing activities.
• Increase overall customer satisfaction and solve customer problems.
• Maintain stocks, displays, and inventory levels.
• Control budget through research and trade organization surveys.
• Involve in recruiting, hiring, and employee evaluations.
• Schedule employees’ shifts and provide training.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable.
• Plan and execute the opening of new retail outlets.
