Job summary

Aomori Mart SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a Storefront & Back-office Manager for Grocery Mart to drive store profitability by meeting sales targets, controlling budgets, and managing inventory pricing.

You will prepare sales reports, negotiate pricing, arrange storefront maintenance and upgrades, and oversee storefront staff including recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.

Shifts, weekends, and public holidays between Manjoi and Jelapang are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail store experience, especially in grocery / supermarket.
• Proven capability in managing budgets, interpreting financial statements, and analyzing data.
• Well-versed in ARMS GO.
• Able to balance staff and company's need to communicate for both sides, but respect final decisions made by company.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays between Manjoi and Jelapang.
