Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad is launching its Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) designed to develop young talent with essential HR skills and hands-on experience. The 9–12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job exposure to build a solid foundation for a progressive career.

Graduates will work under the HR team, gaining insights into policy implementation, manpower planning, talent management and employee relations while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business/management or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; internship or project experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR practices including talent management, engagement, planning.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and supporting HR policy implementation aligned with org objectives.
• Support manpower planning by gathering and analysing workforce data.
• Assist in talent attraction, management and development initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of HR programmes, tools and initiatives to enhance engagement.
• Provide administrative and operational support under guidance of HR team and senior stakeholders.
• Assist in employee relations activities, including documentation and coordination of cases and investigations.
• Participate in HR projects, training sessions and business discussions to develop practical HR knowledge.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and generating insights from people data.
