Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad invites fresh graduates to join its 8-month Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ initiative. The program blends career development training with hands-on on-the-job experience to build a strong foundation for a progressive career.

Participants will gain exposure across project coordination, document control and quality monitoring while working under the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer. A structured learning path supports skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills are essential.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn in a project environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, attendance lists, key decisions, and minutes.
• Assist with preparing, compiling and distributing project documents and reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and record management, ensuring documents are organized and maintained.
• Support the Project Team in monitoring progress, tracking actions, and flagging potential delays.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to meet standards and specifications.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required.
