The program blends career development with practical project exposure, developing skills in administration, coordination and quality monitoring while working alongside project teams and professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Admin Science, Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience required.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn in a project environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, attendance, key decisions and minutes.
• Support preparation, compilation and distribution of project documents and reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and record management, ensuring documents are organised and maintained.
• Support the Project Team in monitoring progress, tracking actions and highlighting issues or delays.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to meet standards and specifications.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer.
