Job summary

MVC Resources in Malaysia seeks an Authority & Regulatory Liaison to lead contact with government bodies and agencies. You will manage submissions, draft official correspondence, and build relationships with local authorities to secure timely approvals.

With 3+ years in authority liaison within property development or construction, you will coordinate cross-functionally with consultants and planning teams while ensuring ISO compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Administration, Building/Construction Management, Town Planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with government bodies, councils and technical agencies to drive project workflows.
• Assist the Senior General Manager on authority liaison and compliance matters.
• Facilitate end-to-end regulatory submissions and secure timely approvals/letters of support.
• Coordinate with external consultants and project teams on documentation and submission strategies.
• Draft official letters and communications for authority submissions for management review.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Promptly handle inquiries and official communications from authorities.
• Maintain ISO-compliant filing and document control.
