Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Government Liaison and Project Coordinator to manage contracts from tender through delivery. You will build relationships with local authorities, track progress, and coordinate communications across teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in government liaison or procurement, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English, and willingness to travel to council offices and project sites.

Formación

• Degree in Public Administration, Business, Project Management, Law, or related field.
• 3+ years in government liaison, tender/procurement, or project coordination with government agencies.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for official letters and meetings, plus good English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and government.
• Attend site meetings, briefings and progress meetings; present proposals as required.
• Prepare and submit official correspondence in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Submit, track tenders and manage ePerolehan; prepare bid documents.
• Monitor licences expiry dates, project timelines and renewals.
• Coordinate between stakeholders, operations, finance and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Spot risks early and escalate to management.
