Job summary

Qualifications

Must have at least 10 years of full-time experience in Malaysia’s construction industry.
Experience as Project Manager or Technical Lead on Malaysian building projects from start to handover.
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.

Responsibilities

Technical coordination & drawing management across architectural, structural, M&E and finishing works.
Oversee full-cycle site & project management including schedule, quality, safety, cost and manpower.
Handle local compliance tasks including submissions, inspections, and handover procedures.
Coordinate with consultants, owners, government authorities, material suppliers and subcontractors; resolve compliance risks and现场 issues.
Drive cross-functional communication to ensure smooth coordination among all teams.
