Job summary

NTT DATA is recruiting for a Level 2 cloud support role based in Malaysia, Cyberjaya. You will provide technical support and operational management for Google Cloud Platform environments, serving Mandarin-speaking customers across the Asia Pacific region.

You will troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, manage migrations, and create runbooks and knowledge articles, while collaborating with L3 engineers and internal teams to ensure stable cloud services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud infrastructure or support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking, Kubernetes and container technologies, IAM and cloud security concepts, and incident/problem management processes.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Terraform).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Operations Suite.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Role Overview

Provide Level 2 technical support and operational management for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, serving Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.

• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Required Skills

Language Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and internal teams.
