Job summary

FCM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to deliver platform configuration, testing, and technical setup for onboarding projects across our TravelTech solutions.

You will work closely with Implementation Managers to ensure designs are accurately configured, tested, and ready for go-live, maintaining quality, documentation, and reusable templates, while supporting multi-market rollouts and automation opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation support or travel technology configurations.
• Strong analytical and testing capabilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with onboarding projects and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Configure platforms, booking tools, workflows, and integrations per design.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and defect tracking.
• Prepare technical setup, documentation, and readiness checks for onboarding.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues with internal teams or vendors.
• Maintain configuration documentation and reusable templates.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and smooth handovers to Support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
