Job summary

Info-Tech Systems is seeking an aspiring Accounting Systems Consultant to implement and configure accounting solutions for clients in Malaysia. You will gather requirements, perform data migration, deliver user training, and guide Go-Live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.

You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, translate needs into system configurations, address issues, and coordinate with product teams for enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' business and accounting requirements and translate them into suitable system configurations.
• Configure and set up the Accounting System according to clients requirements.
• Perform customer data migration on Accounting software.
• Address clients' queries, issues, and requirements throughout the implementation period.
• Provide training to clients' accounting/admin users where required.
• Perform troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical/product team when customization or system enhancement is required.
• Ensure implementation milestones are completed according to the agreed timeline.
