FCM Meetings & Events in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Groups Travel Consultant for Meetings & Events to coordinate small to large MICE and group bookings with end-to-end travel logistics. You will search for the best deals, provide alternatives, and deliver superior service at every touchpoint.

As an organized multitasker with a strong customer service mindset, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build relationships across levels, and ensure bookings align with timelines and client needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing small to large scale MICE and group bookings with end-to-end logistics.
• Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Excellent team player with a customer service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visa applications, transfers, changes, and cancellations.
• Search for the best travel deals and provide alternatives to meet customers' needs.
• Manage small to large scale MICE and group bookings with end-to-end logistics coordination.
• Promote FCM's products, services, and value proposition to deliver the best travel booking experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information in GDS (PNRs, travel profiles, booking and ticketing details).
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.
• Keep up-to-date with travel destinations, airline rules and regulations, and global current affairs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers and maintain high service levels.
