Job summary

DCConnect Global Limited (KL office) seeks a seasoned B2B sales professional to sell connectivity services to the global telecom wholesale market, targeting carriers, ISPs and resellers. This is a hunting role focused on winning new customers and transforming them into long‑term accounts.

You will lead deals from first meeting to signed contracts, coordinate with presales and pricing, and grow partner and reseller channels.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in carrier or wholesale connectivity, with multi-year contracts closed.
• Established relationships with carrier wholesale teams in Asia and at least one other region, such as Europe, the Middle East or the Americas.
• Good understanding of wholesale commercial structures (IRU, lease, MRC/NRC, SLAs) and enough product knowledge to discuss routes, diversity and capacity without an engineer present.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with several stakeholders.
• Fluent English. Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly, both regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Win new wholesale customers among global, regional and local carriers, ISPs and resellers.
• Build partner and reseller channels, including reciprocal and capacity-swap arrangements where they make commercial sense.
• Lead deals from first meeting to signed contract, working with presales and pricing on scoping, proposals and negotiation.
• Grow the accounts you win and coordinate internal teams when service issues come up.
• Work alongside the key account team where carrier deals support hyperscaler or OTT demand.
• Represent DCConnect at industry events such as ITW, Capacity Asia and PTC.
• Share competitor pricing, route and customer insight with product and marketing.
• Keep an accurate CRM pipeline and a monthly forecast.
• Follow DCConnect’s anti-corruption policies and all applicable laws in every market, including Malaysia’s MACC Act 2009 (Section 17A).
