Job summary

Experian is recruiting an Enterprise Video Conferencing Architect to own the global VC estate and collaboration spaces. You will standardize room types, device classes, and BOMs, and govern the refresh program aligned to a $1.2M budget, prioritizing high-value rooms across the globe.

In this hybrid role, you will lead cross-functional governance with Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering to ensure room readiness and minimal user impact during transitions.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing / AV / collaboration spaces architecture.
• Proven track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation across a large VC estate.
• Strong cross-functional delivery leadership across Workplace/Facilities, Network, UC Engineering.
• Strong program governance and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own global VC/Rooms architecture & standards: Define room typologies and BOMs.
• FY27 lifecycle refresh governance and budget-aligned planning.
• EoL/risk management for decommissioned devices and risk reduction.
• Define standards for emergency replacements and non-planned remediation.
• Expand monitoring and telemetry standards to reduce escalations.
• Architect readiness patterns for network changes impacting VC rooms.
• Engage Facilities to align refresh with workplace changes.
• Lead technical evaluation of VC ecosystems and platform changes.
