Job summary

Experian Marketing Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a senior architect to own the global video conferencing estate, driving standardization and lifecycle governance for 400+ units. You will lead room standards, platforms, telemetry, and readiness planning with facilities teams, reporting to a Senior Director.

The role requires 10–15+ years in VC/AV architecture, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven governance track record.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in enterprise video conferencing / AV architecture.
• Proven track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation.
• Strong cross-functional delivery leadership across Workplace/Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering/Operations.
• Robust program governance and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own global VC/Rooms architecture & standards; define room typologies and BOMs.
• FY27 lifecycle refresh governance; manage quarterly prioritization with budget.
• Drive remediation for restricted-state/EoL devices and risk reduction.
• Define standards for emergency replacements and non-planned remediation.
• Expand monitoring and telemetry standards to reduce escalations.
• Architect readiness for network changes and SD‑WAN upgrades.
• Partner with Facilities to align refresh deployments with workspace changes.
• Lead vendor evaluations for VC ecosystems and platform transitions.
