Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced architecture owner for our global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces. You will drive standardization across 400+ VC units and oversee lifecycle governance within the refresh roadmap, ensuring budget-aligned prioritization and site readiness with local facilities teams.

You will lead room standards, platforms/devices, monitoring, and technology transitions, reporting to a Senior Director and collaborating with Facilities and UC

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in enterprise video conferencing/AV/collaboration spaces architecture.
• Experience with global standardization and refresh programs across large estates.
• Delivery leadership at intersection of Workplace/Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build global VC/Rooms architecture & standards with BOMs and device classes.
• Govern lifecycle refresh (FY27) with budget-aligned prioritization.
• Manage EoL/EoS remediation for decommissioned devices and risk reduction.
• Define standards for emergency replacements and incident remediation.
• Expand monitoring and telemetry to reduce escalations and improve QoS.
• Architect network readiness patterns for SD-WAN changes in VC rooms.
• Engage Facilities to align refresh deployments with workplace changes.
• Lead vendor evaluation for VC ecosystems and platform transitions.
