Job summary

DNV is seeking a Training Manager in Malaysia to drive growth and strategic direction for Public, In-House, and Private Training services across SEA and Oceania. You will lead external and internal education programs, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and ensure high-quality learner outcomes and compliance with standards.

You will manage trainers, develop educational content, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative training solutions while maintaining alignment with DNV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven leadership experience managing a training institute, academy, learning function, or equivalent operation.
• Proven experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, including face-to-face and virtual learning solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and supporting business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop external educational programs for customers, including accredited and in-house training across SEA and Oceania.
• Lead planning, organization, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Achieve training revenue and growth objectives through business development and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to identify market opportunities and tailor training solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop training content and delivery methods.
• Mentor and develop trainers and instructors to ensure capability and succession.
