Qualifications

• Diploma/degree/MBA in Engineering with strong academic results.
• Proven project management skills in complex settings.

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial sales support during the pre-order phase.
• Promote secondary machine sales and installed-base solutions.
• Create customized proposals for the installed base of secondary machines.
• Conduct customer-specific usage analyses and propose suitable machinery concepts.
• Prepare product presentations and technical sales documentation.
• Manage complex and critical customer projects with global colleagues.
• Clarify technical and commercial queries to support the sales team.
• Develop strategies, shape the product vision, and define long-term goals and roadmaps.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear technical requirements, bridging customer needs, sales, and engineering teams.
