Job summary

Big Dutchman is seeking a technically skilled professional in Malaysia to provide support to the sales team with product information, presentations, quotations, and proposals. The role acts as a technical advisor on prefab building solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure deliverables, installation readiness and customer satisfaction.

You will deliver technical training and enable sales through presentations, datasheets and case studies, and gather customer feedback to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or a customer-facing technical role.
Experience in prefab building solutions or poultry equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the sales team, including product information, presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Act as a technical advisor to customers on prefab building solutions.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project deliverables, installation readiness, and customer satisfaction.
Deliver technical training and support sales enablement through presentations, datasheets, and case studies.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and market growth.
